We make your reborn doll and ensure every detail after your order has been successfully placed. Painting and production usually takes 1-3 working days, longer for holidays. We then dispatch the order, at which point you will receive a dispatch email. Sorry to keep you waiting, but your doll is worth the wait.

5.CHANGE OF ADDRESS
You can contact customer service to change your shipping address before your order is dispatched. The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched.

Online purchases made through Dollishreborndolls® are returnable within 90 days from the delivered date.
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
All return items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable.
You can easily process a return, replacement, or exchange for a refund within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping at your own cost and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at [email protected]hreborndolls.com to request the return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with the return request, our customer service representatives will send the return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the return.
Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is confirmed canceled, you will get full refund. We process the refund action within 7 days.
We do not accept order cancellation request once the product is shipped out.
The number of day taken for refunds to be processed after the refund has been accepted: 7 days.
The following is the situation where the refund will be made:
Replacement: 30 days from the date of delivery, in a new state, no obvious wear. If the return is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects, and the return is not caused by our defect, the buyer must pay for the return.

For the fastest resolution, please attach a photo to show the poor quality or damaged area of the product. The best image is on a flat surface where labels and errors can be clearly seen.
